Here are some of the questions I’ve been asked before. If you don’t see what you’re wondering about, feel free to head over to my contact page and send me your own questions; always happy to help.

Do you ship to the EU?

Unfortunately, no. On 13th December 2024 The General Product Safety Regulation  (GSPR) brought major changes to product safety standards and required that businesses selling from the UK, to the EU will need a "responsible person" located in the EU. This responsible person must:

  • be a point of contact for customers
  • liaise with regulatory bodies

Small businesses need to include the address of their responsible person on product labels or in the accompanying documentation.

As you can imagine, that's an overhead many small businesses just can't introduce.

What about hallmarking?

Anything over 7g in Silver or anything over 1g in Gold will be hallmarked. If you want your piece hallmarked and it's under these weights, I may still be able to hallmark for you; but there would be an additional charge. Ask me!. More often than not, my pieces are under these weights but I'll always make it clear what is hallmarked in the product descriptions.
